A/V IREM Member Contact - (Member needs to arrive 15 before the start of registration)

Show speaker use of wireless remote & microphone; Switch PowerPoint programs from scrolling to speakers program; Help set up A/V Equipment if needed.

Registration IREM Member Contact - (Member needs to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of registration)

Help Staff at Registration; Hand Out Name Tags, Handouts, Etc.; Greet Guests

Photography IREM Member Contact - (Member needs to arrive at the start of registration)

Take Photos During Networking; Take a Few Photos of Speakers during the lunch

 

Greeter IREM Member Contact

Greet Guests at Door; Introduce New Attendees to Other Members; Introduce Guests to Each Other; Answer IREM Membership Questions; Handout IREM Information if needed
